how to download html5 ?

No longer have Adobe Flash Player, is HTML5 safe to download ? or is there a better app for my iMac, running High Sierra, my Mac is late 2009 running 10.13.6,

Content providers implemented html5 years ago. There are very few providers who have not already made the switch. Those who have not have chosen to abandon their content and the users of their content. All current browsers are html5 compatible. There is nothing for you to do.

You do not download HTML5. HTML5 is a markup language standard that was adopted years ago. All modern browsers are HTML5 compatible.

HTML5 is written into every modern browser. YouTube starting converting all of their Flash video to .mp4 (which HTML5 plays back) at least a few years ago.

Thank you BobTheFisherman for your very quick reply, just to make me feel confident, I have been using Adobe Flash Player, now that the EOL of the item is HTML5 built into my software ? My iMac is year 2009 late. Will videos automatically show up when I go to youtube etc.? Thanks, Gilbert

Many thanks BobTheFisherman for your response about HTML5, I am 80 years old slow and not confortable sometimes with things relating to software. Since Adobe Flash Player is gone was not sure what to do, again appreciate it.
