Using the shortcuts app to play specific audio files

I have seen that with the shortcuts app you are able to create your own automation that speaks text or plays a specific song when you connect your phone to charge, I was wondering if it’s possible to play specific audio files from your phone from either the Voice Memos app or from the files app.

using shortcut "play sound" to play custom sound other than the defualt ringtone So, when you click "Choose Variable" after expanding the "play sound" shortcut you are only givent the following options "Clipboard", "Current Date", "Device Details" and "Shortcut Input", it seams like none of those options allow you to choose the sound file you'd to play. what to do now?
