iPhone 11 unlocked carrier choices
If I buy an iphone11 through Apple should I choose no carrier so that I can set it up with boost mobile later?

Yes, you need an unlocked phone, but check with Boost to verify that they will allow you to bring your own device. Some network reseller companies want you to buy the phone only from them.
