My iPhone battery health capacity is now 94 percent...

Batteries are consumable devices and Battery Health is guaranteed to decline the more the battery is charged. You don't say how long you've owned your XS Max, but depending on how many charging cycles the battery has had, this wouldn't be an unusual number. It will continue to decline however and when it goes below 80%, then it's time to consider having the battery replaced at your Apple Store for $49.
