Charging very slow with 20watt Apple adapter

my iPhone 12 is not charging fast with 20 watt fast Apple Adapter. After 30 minutes it only charges 20-25 % . Any with the same issue ?

i have google pixel 2xl 18 watt pd charger which is charging very fast.
