12 Pro Max Audio Issues

I have had the 12 Pro Max since it dropped.... I noticed sound quality issue immediately. I received a replacement 12 Pro Max today andddddddddd it has the same issue. When I listen to music through my Air Pod Pros it is extremely low and the quality is subpar. I happen to still have my 11 Pro Max so I plugged in my Air Pods anddddddd the sound is DRAMATICALLY LOUDER! and better. Is anyone else experiencing this? I just paid for 2 phones and they both have the same issue. Help! I like to listen to my music LOUD!
