unable to open icloud because of invalid email

Every time I turn on my desktop, icloud opens with an old email address and an invalid password. I have changed/updated my email and password with Apple (both are valid), but icloud opens up every time with old email and it won't let me do anything. I get a spinning wheel for hours. Thanks for any help!

One of my devices is not recognizing my new Apple ID I have changed the ID e-mail in my computer , I sign in apple in the internet okay, on my phone is okay, but my Mac Air say isn't the right password or the ID.
