Logitech C922 Pro Webcam not working in macOS Catalina

I just upgraded to Catalin on my 2010 Mac Pro 5,1. The C922 web cam is not producing video. When I connect to any application like Photo Booth, Facetime, Skype, Zoom or OBS, I get one still frame every few minutes.

The camera does appear to work normally when using the Camera Settings appliccation I downloaded from the Logitech support website. (https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049055854)

A number of other cameras I have work normally with the applications I listed above.

The Logitech C922 Web Cam was working under Mojave. Is anyone else having this problem?
