IPhone 11 screen clicking from the bottom

I had just bought a iPhone 11 two weeks ago. I noticed that there is a clicking noise whenever I press the bottom portion of my screen, and it’s louder on the left. Knowing it’s not vibrations or haptic, I was wondering what can be the problem with my iPhone. If I look carefully, I can see the screen move up and down.

Hi,

thanks for responding so quick to my question. I was able to inform the location I bought my iPhone from and they told me to bring it in and get it checked. Thanks for the help, it really guided me through!
