Unable to use touch screen on iPhone 8 / not working, unresponsive

I am unable to use the touch screen on my iphone 8.

I have tried to:

1. force restart to iphone (did not work)
2. update iphone through itunes and Finder (did not work)
3. factory reset via itunes (did not work)
4. restore recovery mode via itunes (did not work)

The phone has not been wet or damaged.

Before I take it to an Apple/mobile phone specialist Apple - is there anything else i can do?
