This purchase doesn't have a receipt, but I want to claim the purchase

I buy an app on App Store for work

I want to claim the purchase, but when I visited the website https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

I find this on top of the app I purchased: "This purchase doesn't have a receipt"

I can see the price, but not receipt, how to claim ...
