How do you turn cookies on
My phone says that cookies are required but I don’t know how to turn them on

You do not actually turn cookies OFF however you permit the iPhone to receive cookies. To get the setting correct on your iPhone, open Settings ➔ Safari ➔ Block All Cookies : Set this to OFF.
