Samsung account not set up
My iPad keeps having a message that’s says Samsung account wasn’t made any purchases. It won’t Allow let me download any other apps.

Specifically says you haven’t made any purchases in the iTunes stores. Then it directs me to put in my password and to keep putting in my password. I can’t download any apps
What do mean samsung account, do you mean apple account?
