Hi,
I'd like to try to installe new S.O. (Mojave/Catalina) in my 27" iMac Middle 2010.
For that I need to replace the video card (Actual ATI RADEON HD 5750) with a new one supporting API Metal system.
Some one could tell me, if is available on market and/or which card I can use to update my iMac?
What about Nvidia GXT 765M 2GB GDDR5?

In short what you would like to do is impossible. If you want or need to run Catalina or above, you need to purchase a new or newer Mac. The last version of Mac OS a 2010 iMac will run is 10.13.6, High Sierra.
Even if you could upgrade the video card, your Mac still would not be capable of upgrading.

they don't use normal pci-express video cards connectors, you can only use the same daugther board as in replace the video card with the same model or a model which was also available for the model of imac at the time, these will likely be second hand as they're not produced anymore
