Series 6 watch displays incorrect time

Have an issue with the series 6 watch not updating the time for several minutes? At times, the time is correct. But just when I think it is working properly, I look at the time and when I pick up my wrist the time jumps forward a few minutes. Example: I glance at my watch (the display is dim) and it says 9:35 but when I pick my wrist up, the display brightens and the time "jumps" to 9:42 (the correct time). I've been late to meetings because my discrete glance at my watch is not showing me the actual time! I waited for a watch that displayed the time ALL THE TIME but displaying the WRONG time is just not acceptable!!!!

How can I get this fixed?
