Change of Region/Country

Hello, dear support!

Three days ago I’ve got change of my Region on all of the Apple devices whith no reason. Now, I can’t listen to my iTunes Music in library and download any apps from App Store. I didn’t change region or country, everything happened unexpectedly. How can I fix this problem and get back to current location on iTunes?
