Question

The SN of my AirPods Pro is different on iPhone than on the box

I received my air pods pro when I paired them to my phone the serial number on by phone is different then the serial number on the box is this normal?

If you purchased these AirPods directly from Apple, this shouldn't be an issue as the serial number on the box would be considered the "primary" serial number with each AirPod having its own. It should be the same as the one on the charging case. The serial number should also be on the electronic invoice you got from Apple.

Unfortunately I did not purchase them from Apple...

Model numbers on the air pods are different but match the box along with the serial number that matches box. The case has a different model number that matches the box and the the same serial number.

I’m trying to figure out if there fake..Everything about them look real but I have my doubts No serial from where I bought them from..

also having trouble getting them to work right!!

If you didn't get them from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, then they may be knock-offs. Especially, if they were highly discounted. Regardless, return them and get a full refund.
