I phone se keeps auto dialing 911

I just got this phone a couple of months ago. Recently my phone has started auto dialing 911 while I'm driving. My phone will be laying flat with nothing touching it, hooked to car play and it will suddenly call 911. I have all of the emergency settings off, and it still does it. I just about got into an accident today because the phone siren started going off while i was merging onto the turnpike. I'm starting to get really ****** with this thing, how do I fix it?
