Opening phone
We have a family member, critically ill, and we need to access locked phone (6 digits) as many accounts send security checks to phone! Any hope in getting phone open?
No. Not and retain anything on the phone,
If you don't know the passcode, you would have to restore the phone.
The problem with that is that you will be left with a activation locked phone.
If the phone's owner is not in a position to give you the passcode, they certainly aren't in the position to give you the credentials for their iCloud account.
