inconsistant information about disque space available on Mac mini M1

I observe inconsistant informationnel about disque space available on Mac mini M1under Mac OS Big Sur when looking at disk space available with Get Info command.

Used space is wrong compared to space available using storage information :

See pict joined as an exemple.

Is it a bug ? Thanks

The problem doesn't appear any more. :-) maybe aft system update.

Analysis:

Capacity : 245 GO

Disponible : 179,76 GO. (means used = 65,33 GO)

Utilisé ( Used) : 167,37 GO). (Should be 65,33).

Information displayed in Get Info about used space looks wrong !
