Apple ID cents removal so I can use my credit card

Can you please remove the cents off of the apple gift card so I can switch to credit card

Nobody on these boards can. Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
