Apple Pay is NOT working on my MacBook Pro 16-inc 2019

Apple Pay works perfectly on my iPhone. Apple Pay does NOT work on my MacBook Pro. I have signed out of iCloud on the MacBook Pro at least 3 times to try and add the credit cards again. I just added the credit cards, I have an Apple Card, a Platinum American Express, and an Amazon Visa card. When I try to pay for something and choose Apple Pay, I get the modal window asking for the Touch ID, I press the Touch ID on the touch bar and the fingerprint fills out, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS! Unless I'm supposed to wait for longer than a minute. What is wrong with Apple Pay on the MacBook Pro? I have tried with the Apple Card as the default and with the Platinum Amex as the default and none of them work. This used to work.

We understand from your post that you are unable to make a purchase with Apple Pay using Touch ID on your MacBook Pro. When you use Touch ID your fingerprint fills out but then nothing happens. Make sure that the billing address is correct and the shipping address is correct. If it is, then you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.
