Hello Nshin,
I see that you're having some trouble with your Wi-Fi. I'd be happy to provide some info that may help.
I see that you're running iOS 14.2. Apple recently released iOS 14.3. Could you please use these steps to update to that and see if this issue continues: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Do you experience this same issue on other Wi-Fi networks as well, or does it only seem to impact one specific Wi-Fi network? Make sure the other networks meet these requirements: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
If the issue remains, the next step is to reset the Network Settings. This article discusses this: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
This will not erase your pictures or other data, but will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
If you still have issues, check for interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
This article may also help if you use private addresses: Use private Wi-Fi addresses in iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and watchOS 7 - Apple Support
"Turn private address off or on for a network
In some cases, a network might not allow devices with a private address to join, or the device can join but the network won't allow any further access. In such cases, you can choose to turn off the Private Address setting for that particular network."
Cheers!
