Apple TV 4th Gen - not syncing audio with Klipsch 600 on some channels

I have a Samsung series 7 television that I'm using to stream AT&TNow with Klipsch 600 soundbar. The soundbar is ran through a HDMI arc plugin. On certain channels the audio is not syncing with the channel selected. My internet is over 100+mbps so it is not that. Before purchasing the soundbar this was not an issue. Does anyone know how to adjust this?

Apple TV 4K only fully functional with HDMI2.1? Hi, I have a sound problem with my Apple TV 4k on a Samsung Q60 4K TV. My devices: Apple TV 4k, Samsung Q60 4K TV, HDMI 2.0 cables. The Apple TV is hooked up to HDMI1 on the TV. I have a Panasonic soundbar connected to HDMI2 (eARC) on the TV, but the issue is also present without soundbar. In my actual TV app on the Apple TV to watch TV, I do not have sound when i zap through channels with very high image quality. Sound reappears if I specifically reload one of those channels, but zapping around it does not work. Channels with lower video quality have sound right away. Sometimes in the Netflix app, episodes also start without sound, reloading helps most of the times. Workaround: I can fix the problem by changing the audio format setting in the Apple TV settings to "stereo", but sound quality gets worse and I do not want that. If I set the format to Dolby Digital 5.1, the problem reappears. To me this seems like there is a bottleneck between the Apple TV and the 4K TV. I have high quality HDMI2.0 cables. Will I need a HDMI2.1 cable for high video and audio quality? Thanks!

Apple TV 4K 3rd gen does not recognize ARC audio connection from TV I just purchased Apple Tv 4k latest 3rd gen. Downloaded Netflix which prompted to update the Apple TVOS which I did. It updated to the latest TVOS ver 16.3.2. I have Sonos soundbar which is connected to the TV HDMI ARC port. The Apple TV connected to the TV HDMI port. The Audio Output menu list on the Apple TV option DOES NOT show the ARC (Audio Return Channel), instead only has Default Audio Output = set to "TV Speakers" and has Temporary Audio Output = set to nothing. I don't see ARC listed. Appreciate any advice on how to get the ARC activated on the Apple TV in the audio output menu list.

Apple TV audio sync not playing audio from wireless speaker Hi, I am having a problem with audio sync. The problem is that the audio is playing out of the tv instead of the wireless speaker. And if does that how is it suppose to adjust the latency of the wireless speaker? Is it a bug? Apple are you aware of this? cheers

Play audio in Dolby Atmos or surround sound on your Apple TV using the steps here. Make sure you are following the steps here to get it set-up.
