Trying to pair my Apple Watch with my new phone , had Apple Watch connected with old iPhone , no longer have that old phone and when trying to pair it says unable to update .

How do i fix This and get Apple Watch to pair and update without having old phone that it was once paired with .

iPhone 11, iOS 14
