Thanks. Apparently, I have to call them ? I lost my phone. I think it fell in the snow, just in the compound of the hotel I am lodging. I am trying to see if I can locate it through another phone or my computer, UNFORTUNATELY it request for my security answer; which I don't remember.
I forgot my security question
