iPad pro 2020 11 inch Adobe Photoshop

Dear Sir / Madam,

I intend to purchase an iPad pro 2020 11 inch for my daughter, which she needs for her education for adobe photoshop, among other things. However, I encounter varying reports on the internet whether this adobe software can run in this format. For the 12.9 inch it is clear that this is possible, for the 11 inch this remains a question. Can you help me with that?
