I would like to cancel subscription and get a refund of the money because it has been done automatically without me knowing and I need the money The purchase have been done by Apple store or iTunes app Cheeg.
You must first cancel any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions [subscription automatic renewal] - "Your membership or subscription might renew if you don't cancel your membership or subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date." At this stage the renewal is considered a purchase.
