my iphone closed how can i get the serial number, i need somone to talk to me

my iph is frozen with apple screen i tried a lot of solutions and nothing is working

i cant find the serial number because my phone is closed

Try a "Forced" restart of your XS, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
