iPhone disabled

I forgot the passcode to my iPhone and now it’s saying iPhone is disabled connect to iTune.. I have no clue how to do that. I’ve never used iTunes. How do I get my phone unlocked?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

connect it by cable to a computer with itunes installed and read this
