IMRemote URL connection agent

I found "IMRemote URL connection agent" running in my activity monitor. Does that mean that someone is remotely accessing my computer?

And what are the average number for "packets in/sec and packets out/sec" and packets in/packets out? I am averaging almost 70 million in and 30 million out. Does that sound right? I also have 96.69 GB as data received.

In Network I see a blue computer icon named 'mymodem' which only appears randomly and out of the blue. I do not own a PC. rapportd requests from weird IP Hi For the past 2 or 3 weeks I am getting requests for a weird IPv6 IP address to connect via rapportd: Can't list here for security reasons. Is there a way to find out where that IP address is located? Thanks Rob
