My personal hotspot is not working after recent software update. What could be the problem?

If you already checked your traffic plan with your carrier AND if you followed (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support , contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support
