Your device is stuck on the Apple logo, my displays a solid color, or isn't recognized in iTunes.
How can I solve the problem? itunes is updated on my computer, but it does not "see" my itouch. When I tried syncing it several weeks ago, the whole process broke down. Itunes wasn't updating successfully which I didn't know, so the syncing of my itouch got mixed up in the middle of it. Since then a son in law, who works with computers in his business, was able to get itunes updated successfully but that hasn't helped the recognition of the itouch.
