Apple Watch doesn’t sync with Fitness App for iPad

I had the same problem with the iPad , I signed out of iCloud on the iPad and then signed in again. It worked fine after that.

The phone and Apple TV worked right away, just the iPad was not syncing.

It's a known issue at this point. Someone else posted that Apple said they are working on a fix. I would say your best bet though is to contact Apple Support directly.
