Change Apple ID region from China to UK, while keep apple music in China

The region of my Apple account (A) is China. I have subscriptions to extra iCloud storage, apple music, and some apps.

I live in the UK now and also have an Apple account (B) just for downloading some local apps.

I want to stop using the iCloud storage from the Chinese region but change it to a UK one, since I don't have Chinese currency to pay anymore. I understand that I have to cancel all the subscriptions and wait till all the service comes to an end (I have an annual subscription for an app, so probably have to wait for a year) before I can switch the region. Is this correct?

I have two questions:

  1. Since I use Apple Music, I guess the songs available in the UK Apple music would be quite different (e.g., not so many Chinese songs), so I want to keep a Chinese apple music service while switching all the other things to the UK. Is it possible? Maybe I can use two accounts (A) and (B) to achieve this?
  2. If I don't want to wait for the subscriptions in account (A) to expire and then switch region. Is there a way to safely transfer all the things on the iCloud in account (A) to account (B)? Then I can just use account (B) on my phone and still have access to the apps bought on account (A), right?

Sorry that the questions might be a mess to look at since I don't know how to maneuver this. Would be really helpful if I can have a whole solution. I run both the iPhone and the Macbook currently on account (A). Thanks in advance.

That might be possible. The only trade off is that you'll need to sign in and out of both accounts when attempting to use one over the other. You'll also still need to retain the addresses of both in each country.

Another option here, cost-friendly, is to switch regions back and forth. I'm not sure if that would get you banned if conducted over short periods, but it might work.

For this specific option, it'll be more easier to change region rather than creating an account and transfering data >> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support. Your subscription, apps and other purchases in most cases, cannot be transferred. You could still create an second account for the China-based region of Apple Musics.

I'm not sure Apple discloses whether you are allowed to have two Apple ID accounts on their TOS or T&C, so you may want to check that.
