hi i have upgraded my contract with EE. they are advising me they are still awaiting stock to be sent from apple.... they have been unable to provide a expected delivery date... and im getting quite frustrated about this!!! is their any update when this will be sent to EE???? they cant tell me anything coz they are awaiting infomation from you!
This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple. No one here knows when phones will be shipped or why they are late. For the UK I have heard there is a pandemic going on and a new mutation was found that is easier to spread resulting in further lockdowns. This makes it very hard to provide delivery updates.
Same here for the Pro Max with Virgin. Ordered on 30th Nov. Told it would be delivered on 21st Dec. Two weeks later a phone call to say it will be 30th Dec... it is my Christmas present! Supposed to be here tomorrow. It is not happening and absolutely no idea when it will be here. Absolutely disgraceful from Apple and Virgin. The amount of money we have spent on Apple products over the years.... and no one has the curtesy to keep the customers informed!
