iPhone having issues uploading videos

At first I thought it was just an Instagram issue but now I’m thinking it’s a phone issue. I’ve been trying to post an Instagram video for the last 24 hours and it’s stuck on “sending” and won’t budge. I’m trying to update my phone too and it’s stuck on “preparing update” and won’t budge. Don’t know what to do I’ve tried re starting my phone and all that.

Cant upload videos on any social media app I have an iphone XS and im now suddenly not able to post any video amywhere. It shows an error message on every single app, whether it was whatsapp, imessages, twitter tweets/dms, instagram stories/dms or even snapchat! It doesnt matter if its from my camera roll, from my cloud, or recorded using the app i wanna post it in. It doesnt let me. It shows different error messages depending on the app, so whatsapp says “ cant send this video, please try another one” while other apps just say “failed to send” . Ive deleted and reinstalled the apps and also restarted my phone many many times and no use. Its been like this for more than 24 hours now and my phone is fully updated. Please please help me..

iphone wont play videos Hi everyone, suddenly today my phone refuses to play videos. When I get one sent to me (or if I send to people and click it) I open the video but it’s black. I can see the video strip at the bottom but I can’t fast forward through it to make the video move or play. I also can’t play videos in my camera roll either. If I send them to WhatsApp they work, if I restart my phone it works for about 1-2 minutes and then stops working again unless I restart. can anyone shed light on this? The searches I’ve done show very different video playing issues but nothing like this.

Videos won't send I have an iphone 6s on IOS 12.4.8 and I can't send videos. Any video I send won't fully load, whether it's on groupme, discord, imessages, instagram. No app will load a video for me to send. I can receive videos, save them, play them, even play them in full in the message previews when I try to send them, but on discord it gets stuck in "compressing files," groupme says "failed to load video," imessages show the blue bar get stuck at the end, instagram just keeps it in "sending" forever. I tried updating the phone, deleting excess photos, updating apps, deleting the videos and saving them again, but nothing works.
