Storage Full on Apple Watch Series 3

This storage amount you're seeing that is used by apps on your Apple Watch isn't taking into account system files on your device, which may take up to 3GB of storage.

Let's head into the Watch app on iPhone and tap on General > About. If your Apple Watch has a total of about 8GB of storage, the issue you're seeing would be expected behavior.

I did exactly what you said and I still get the same problem every 24 hrs.

Basically everyday I had to unpair and reset to be able to use it. It is annoying.

It is an Apple Watch series 3

I have no music, no photos,... usually about 1.5 gig available and then within 24 hours got the message storage full.

I don't know what to do

Any suggestions ??
