I've got an alert message, "Could not activate cellular data network"

I just changed mobile phone from iPhone6 plus to iPhone12 mini with my existing SIM card yesterday,

however, I cannot access internet without wifi...

How can I resolve this issue? And is it OK with "3G" on top right screen, not "5G"?

ps. The cellular option is turned on at "Setting > Cellular > Celluar Data = ON" and iOS Ver. is updated to 14.3 after changing to iPhone12

You cannot possibly achieve a 5G connection with the SIM from your previous iPhone. 5G requires both the SIM that came with the iPhone 12 Mini and a 5G plan with your cellular carrier.
