Hello MZeign,
If you wouldn’t mind being a bit more specific, I’m sure it’s an easy fix. Please tell me what screen specifically, and when you say “window”, do you mean the application icon? Here’s an example on an iOS device.
Unfortunately, no. At least not specifically. At the top of the screen there’s a “Related Article”, but that’s all. I’ll include a screenshot but don’t worry, it’s not a problem. I don’t want to hijack the OP. 😉
No, that is what I was referring to, the related article. It means the OP went to that knowledgeable article and then click the ASC link at the bottom that brought them here. Another clue they are having an issue on their Mac.
I am assuming the OP is asking about the device he listed - a Macbook Air. My guess would be the actual application window. Could be wrong of course.
Ah, yes I’m sure you’re right. Funny thing, I’m on iOS and it doesn’t show the device that the OP is referring to. A bit of an odd question anyway. Thanks!
Ahh, I did not know that the device would not show on an iDevice. I seldom use my iPad for the forums, too difficult and slow to type, post/find screen shots, etc.
The OP came from an article regarding mail on a Mac. Do those show up?
Did you try to open the Mail app?
