My Apple TV doesn’t allow me to update my settings to turn on my ability to control tv’s and receivers (ie. turning everything off when I turn off my Apple TV). I have verified about 50 times that both CEC is enabled on both my AVR and TV. It worked fine for months until about 5 days ago.

are the only HDMI-CEC settings on the Apple TV.
It still works as intended on my setup (tvOS 14.3), so I think the Apple TV software itself is fine.
