Hello Rvgh and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with the manual pairing process on an Apple Watch.
What you're seeing is the expected screen after having tapped the Info icon on the Apple Watch. On the iPhone, you need to choose this device (on the screen you sent a picture of, that would be Apple Watch 34369) and then enter the six digit code that appears on the Apple Watch after choosing it on the iPhone.
