it has a white grid and wont let me re downl
how do i fix an app that randomly got a white grid on it and won’t let me re download it after deleting it, it just says “open” like i didn’t delete it?

We understand you have an app you're unable to completely delete, or reinstall. We'll be happy to help!
First, tap Settings > Screen Time > Content > Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases. Make sure Deleting Apps is not set to "Don’t Allow".
Tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage, and check to see whether the app appears in the list of apps there. If it does, try deleting it from Settings so you can download a fresh copy of the app.
