No. You will not be able to unlock the screen without the iPhone's passcode. What you can do is reset the passcode and the process will actually erase the iPhone's data return it to factory settings. The process will also ask you to enter the user's Apple ID and Password on your computer before erasing and resetting the iPhone. See below:

You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
