Brand new macbook pro 2020 keeps freezing

I just got this laptop a few days ago and it's already froze several times not allowing me to move the cursor or use the keyboard. Its pretty concerning because it's brand new and I havent even transferred from another computer. I started fresh. Is this a known issue? It seems way to soon for crashes like this to start occurring. What should I do about this? I think I'll call apple support tomorrow.
