I have 0.91 $ on my apple account and I want to zero it to change my region and whenever I add my credit card it doesn't accept it for some reason .

I know someone will tell me you can add ur credit card and add funds but i can't do so

Change Region and Empty Apple Account I want to change my region but I can’t do that until I’ve emptied my credit which is $0.23.
