Refund a payment made through cash app

Ive uploaded $35 to my Apple Pay and sent it to my cash app through my wallet & I’ve sent a deposit to someone who was supposed to service me by doing my hair it’s been 2 days and she ran off on me . I’ve requested a refund she haven’t accepted it .. I’ve asked cash app for a refund they don’t wanna help stating they cant . Here’s the screenshot of me requesting to get my money back
