Hi,few days ago 2 programms took money from my credit card. I wasn’t using them for a long time,but they took money for subscribe. Then,I request a refund. On the site “https://reportaproblem.apple.com/status “ they say that it’s refunded already. I wonder,when I will get my money back?Thank you for attention

Curious about a Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription.purchase
