iCloud Storage

What do you do when your iPhone, Mac, or any other Apple device says that there is not enough iCloud storage in photos, but there is? Also because of that, photos can't be uploaded to iCloud. HELP!

ICloud My photos won’t show up because “I don’t have enough icloud storage” so I upgraded like it suggested and it still did not work. I upgraded even more and it did not work. I have way too much space now and the photos still will not download.

Insufficient iCloud Storage Hey! I ran out of space on my iPhone (256GB) and it's mostly photos the problem, i've also been using iCloud 200GB but couldn't support my needs so I upgraded to 2TB. However my photos are still striving to get on iCloud, and it's as if I still have no storage, it also says insufficient iCloud storage and that storing photos on iCloud is paused. I don't know what to do, I paid for the 2TB plan and I see no difference, and well my phone has no storage.

iCloud storage I have upgraded my iCloud storage but my photos won’t upload though there is 150 free GB.
