Keeps asking for sing in detail verification

every time i try to download something from the app store it keeps asking me to verify my sign in details and when i do so it sends a verification code and then it verifies but i have to do this everytime i want to download a app ive even tried making a new Apple ID so if anyone knows how to fix that would be very helpful
